Every product you order at Scafos is an individual item, manufactured by hand for you using your photo or design. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. And if you should not be completely happy for any reason, just make use of our 30-day return guarantee

It is very important that you upload a good quality / high-resolution image which reduces the chances of a return to almost zero since we guarantee that the fabric quality and printing will be without any errors. If you have any claims against the quality of fabric or printing simply return your product within 30 days of receipt

You can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange for a new product
  • Exchange for a voucher to be redeemed towards your next order
  • Refund of your product cost (You are responsible for return shipping costs.)


Before you send the product back, please contact our friendly Service Team and provide your Order ID.


This is how you can avoid returns


1. Receive a sample before placing a volume order

When planning an order for you and your shop, you may be unsure about what fabric, size, and design to order. Please order one scarf first, as we can take these back without a problem if there are any quality defects. 


2. Read the order confirmation email straight away

Maybe you feel like changing the fabric, size, or design. If this is the case, please immediately drop us an email with your changes before it goes to print. 

3. Printing Designs with Borders

When you submit designs that include borders for printing, it's important to note that the final product may exhibit variations in border width on different sides of the final product.
The printing process involves advanced technology and precision, but fabric can shift during printing due to factors beyond anyone's control. This can result in discrepancies in the border width on different sides of the final product. Please be aware that these variations in border width are not considered grounds for a claim or refund. If precise border widths are crucial for your design, we recommend avoiding designs with borders.

4. Size Tolerance

We maintain a tolerance of +/-3% in size for our products. This means that variations within this range are considered acceptable and are not eligible for a claim or refund. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
