TO THE SCAFOS COMMUNITY



After a period of careful consideration, and recognising the social responsibility we have to you and our community, we wanted to give you an important update on SCAFOS’s production. For the health and wellbeing of our employees and our customers, we have made the decision to temporarily close our production until at least May 3. We will keep you updated as the situation unfolds.

Our dedicated team who have been fiercely resilient over the past few weeks in the face of increased uncertainty. Their wellbeing remains our top priority and we will pay our employees for their scheduled hours during this period. To our loyal customers, we look forward to seeing you soon. In the meantime, our website remains open and we are accepting orders for production starting May 3, 2020.

All orders placed before March 21, 2020 have been produced and as soon as airline curbs are lifted at our production centre we will ship your orders by May 7, 2020. We appreciate your understanding.

COVID-19 FAQS



  • • What happens to my order which has been placed before March 21, 2020
    All orders placed before March 21, 2020 have completed the production process and shall be shipped first thing by May 7, 2020 when we re-open.

  • • If I have placed an order after March 21, 2020, when will I get its delivery?
    All orders received after March 21 will be put in production as priority when our production re-opens May 3, 2020.

  • • Will I experience delays receiving my order?
    Our production team in India is on track to produce your order and ship in time. Please note that we will not be able to start producing your order until May 3, 2020.

  • • Can I get COVID-19 from my SCAFOS package/order?
    Every scarf produced by SCAFOS is made in our factory in India, which has very high production standards. The World Health Organisation has advised that the risk from packages shipped from India is very low and that you may open your package and wear your scarf.
